My resolution for the Fall and upcoming Holiday season is:No pain,meaning working on getting pain free! Living with less pain in my life.
No Gain,Meaning trying very hard NOT to gain weight during the fall season and holidays coming up!
How's that for a different meaning for no pain no gain!

Oh let me know how you do that, that is MY goal too! I gained 5 lbs during our 'relaxing' after selling the house. I gotta get a hold of it before it grows! ha ha
